Privacy, in plain words

This note follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). It explains what this site collects, why, and how to reach Sandy Wolter about it.

What you send. When you use a form on this site, it collects what you type in it: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your message, and the painting or kind of commission you ask about. It is used only to answer your inquiry.

Where it goes. Your message is emailed to Sandy Wolter. This site keeps no copy of it: nothing you type is stored on the site.

Spam protection. The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a program, is sending the message.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what you have sent, or ask any question about it, by writing to sandywolter@customvs.com.
